Ogren & Co. LLC ("Ogren & Co.," "we," "us") brings live embroidery to events in the Tampa Bay area. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Event orders: when you order at one of our events, we collect your first name and the choices you make (item, design, lettering, font and thread color). If you choose to get a text when your order is ready, we also collect your mobile number.
Inquiries: when you ask about booking an event, we collect your name, email, phone, company and event details.
Newsletter: if you sign up, we collect your email address.
How we use it
We use your information only to make and hand over your order, reply to your inquiry, plan your event, and send the newsletter you signed up for. If you opted in, we use your mobile number to send one text when your order is ready. We don't send marketing texts.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the text-messaging provider that delivers our messages, and only so it can send them.
How we store it
Order and inquiry details are kept with trusted service providers we use to run our business, and texts are sent through a text-messaging provider. These providers only use your information to provide their service to us. We keep information only as long as we need it to run our business.
We never sell your information.
Your choices
