What you'll get

If you tick "Text me when my order is ready" on our event order menu, or tell us yes at our stitching table, we'll send one text to the number you give us when your embroidered piece is ready to pick up. Sometimes we may send a second text, for example if there's a question about your order. We don't send marketing messages.

Message frequency

One message per order, usually.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out.

Reply HELP, or email hello@ogrenandco.com.

Consent isn't required

You can place an order without signing up for texts. Check back at the stitching table instead.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
